Another powerful feature in Change Agent is the ability to upload and process audio files. Whether you’re transcribing interviews, meetings, or your own voice memos, below is a step-by-step guide to help you make the most of these tools.
Step 1: Upload an Audio File in a Chat
Locate the “+” button next to the prompt window. Click it to open the upload menu. From there, select “Upload Files.” Navigate to the audio file you’d like to process on your device, double-click it to begin uploading. This step can take a few minutes.
Note: The current maximum file size is 20 megabytes.
Step 2: Enter Your Prompt
Once the file is successfully uploaded, you’ll see a document icon appear in your chat window. This indicates the file is ready for processing. Type your prompt into the message box. For example:
- “Transcribe this audio file”
- “Create a detailed outline of this talk”
- “Summarize the key action items from this meeting”
Click the “Send Message” button (or press Enter) to submit your request.

Step A: Access the Notes Feature for Voice Recording
Click on the “Notes” option in the left-hand sidebar. Then, click “+ New Note” at the bottom right of the screen to open a blank note. At the bottom of left the note, you’ll see a “Record” button. Click it to begin recording your voice. Click the check mark on the right hand side when you are done recording.
Step B: Check the Transcript & Enhance
Once the recording is done processing, you can click on it to see the full transcript. A nice next step is to click the bottom right hand corner icon and select “Enhance”. That will clean up your recording into succinct, organized and actionable notes.
