Change Agent offers two powerful features to help you work more efficiently: Memory and Universal Search. Memory allows Change Agent to remember important facts and context from your past conversations and automatically reference them in future interactions. Universal Search enables you to look across all your content, including memories, notes, knowledge bases, and chat history, to find information you need quickly.
Step 1: Enable Memory
Memory is turned off by default. To activate it, go to the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and click on the icon next to your name. From the menu that appears, select "Settings."
Step 2: Turn On Memory
In the Settings menu, scroll down to the "Personalization" section. You will see the Memory option with a toggle button to the right. Click this button to turn Memory on. When activated, the toggle will turn green.
Step 3: Manage Your Memories
Once Memory is enabled, you can click the "Manage" button to view what information Change Agent has stored. This may include details like your name, role, supervisor, and other relevant context you've shared. From this screen, you can revise individual memories, delete specific ones, or clear all memories if needed.
Important Note: If you use a temporary chat, nothing from that conversation will be saved to Memory.
Step 4: Use Universal Search
Universal Search allows you to find information across all your Change Agent content. To use it, simply enter a prompt like "Search my notes, past chats, and knowledge bases for info about [your topic]." For example, if you were working with an organization on a proposal and needed to refresh your memory, you could search for that organization's name.
Step 5: Review Search Results
Change Agent will show you what it's doing as it searches through your notes, chats, and knowledge files. Once the search is complete, you'll receive a clear summary of all the relevant information found across your content.
