One of our most powerful features is the ability to seamlessly connect to external platforms and tools you already use in your daily work. This eliminates the need to toggle between multiple tabs or windows, allowing you to access everything directly within the Change Agent platform.
Currently available integrations include LegiScan, Gamma, Action Network, ActBlue, ClickUp, and more. New tools are added regularly based on organizer needs and feedback.
Step 1: Access the Integrations Menu
In a new chat window, navigate to the four dots icon located in your interface. Hover over this icon until you see the word "Integrations" appear. Click on this option to open the integrations menu.
Step 2: Review Available Tools
Once you've opened the integrations menu, you'll see a list of available tools. Currently, there are seven tools listed that you can enable or disable. Some tools may be automatically turned on by default. You'll know a tool is active because its toggle switch will appear green.
You can also identify how many tools are currently enabled by looking for a number next to the wrench icon. For example, if you see "2" next to the wrench, that means two tools are currently turned on.
Step 3: Turn Tools On or Off
To disable a tool you don't need for a particular session, simply click the toggle switch to turn it off. To enable a tool you want to use, click the toggle to turn it on. This gives you full control over which integrations are active during your work session.
Step 4: Configure Personal Account Connections (Tool Settings)
Some tools require you to connect your personal account credentials. For these integrations, you'll need to use the "Valves" feature. Click on the valves icon, then select "Default." Here, you can enter your API key or account credentials for the specific tool. For example, if you want to connect Gamma, you would enter your Gamma API key in this section to link Change Agent to your personal Gamma account.
Step 5: Verify Tools Are Working
Once you've enabled your desired integrations, you can verify they're working by asking Change Agent to perform a task that uses those tools. For example, you might ask Change Agent to research environmental legislation in New Mexico using LegiScan. You'll see Change Agent indicate which tools it's using by displaying the tool name in gray text with bold formatting as it pulls information.
