Change Agent Scribe is your secure, values-aligned AI notetaker designed specifically for mission-driven organizations. This feature eliminates the need to take manual notes during meetings, allowing you to focus on the conversation while Change Agent captures everything for you. Your meeting notes will live directly within the platform, organized and searchable whenever you need them.
Step 1: Access the Scribe Feature
From your Change Agent home screen, look at the left-hand sidebar. Hover over the "Scribe" icon and click on it. This will open your Scribe dashboard.
Step 2: Connect Your Calendar
You will see a "Connect Calendar" button. Click on this button to begin authenticating your calendar. Change Agent will then load important information from your calendar, including your upcoming meetings and scheduled events.
Step 3: Choose Your Meeting Join Preferences
After connecting your calendar, you will see two options for how you can preschedule Scribe to join your meetings. You can choose "join meetings by invite only," which requires you to manually schedule Scribe for each meeting by clicking the "Schedule" button next to individual meetings. Alternatively, you can select "join all meetings," which automatically adds Scribe to every calendar event. If you ever want Scribe to leave a specific meeting, you can remove it once the meeting begins.
Step 4: Add Meetings Manually (Optional)
If someone sends you a last-minute meeting invitation with a meeting URL, you can manually add Scribe to that meeting. Simply paste the meeting link into the designated field and click "Add to Meeting." Scribe will join that specific meeting without needing calendar integration.
Step 5: Access Your Meeting Notes
Once you have completed a meeting, your notes will automatically appear in the Notes section of Change Agent, approximately 10 minutes after the end of your meeting. You can filter your notes to view different note types, including both meeting notes and non-meeting notes. Meeting notes are easy to identify—they appear in purple, include the meeting date and time, and display the meeting title in bold.
Step 6: Review Your Meeting Notes Structure
Click into any meeting note to see its full content. All meeting notes follow the same organized structure: attendees list, overview with executive summary, action items, detailed notes, and the full transcript at the bottom. This consistent format makes it easy to find exactly what you need from any meeting.
Step 7: Chat with Your Meeting Notes
One powerful feature of Change Agent Scribe is the ability to chat directly with your meeting notes. You can ask questions like "What is a summary of all the questions that were asked in this meeting?" and Change Agent will provide answers based on the meeting content. This allows you to quickly extract insights without re-reading entire transcripts.
