Welcome to Change Agent! We provide values-aligned AI to mission-driven organizations. This guide will walk you through signing up, logging in, and navigating your first experience with the platform.
Step 1: Access the Login Page
When you arrive at Change Agent, you'll see options to either log in using Google or click the "Sign Up" link. If you're a first-time user, click on the "Sign Up" link to create your account.
Note: There is a top section for existing users to log in with their username and password. You can ignore this section if you're signing up for the first time.
Step 2: Create Your Account
After clicking the "Sign Up" link, you'll be taken to a new page where you'll need to:
- Type in your email address
- Create a password
- Click "Continue"
Important: Be sure to remember your password! You'll need it for future logins.
Step 3: Complete Account Activation
After creating your account, you may see a page requesting payment information. This means one of two things:
- You haven't paid for your account yet: Fill in your card information in the provided fields to complete your purchase.
- Administrator approval is needed: If you're part of an organization, your administrator may need to approve your access.
If you encounter any issues at this stage, please contact your administrator or email support@thechange.ai for assistance.
Step 4: Log In to Change Agent
Once you've either paid for your account or your administrator has approved you as a user, you'll be able to log in. Use your email and password (or Google login) to access the platform.
Step 5: Explore the Platform
When you first log in, you'll see:
What's New Pop-up: A window showing recent updates and features. You can either click "X" to close it or click "OK, Let's Go" to proceed.
Feature Overlay: An interactive introduction to key Change Agent features. You can skip this or navigate through to learn about different areas and features of the platform. We highly recommend completing this walkthrough to familiarize yourself with the platform.
